We retain your data for as long as you are an active customer or part of a client organization, and may remove data after 12 months from account termination or 24 months of inactivity.

Within Sportwyse Clients: Information entered into the platform (e.g., team rosters, scheduling data, player information) may be visible to authorized users in your organization, depending on the privacy and permission settings chosen by the client.

With Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third parties who perform services on our behalf, under written agreements that require strong privacy protections.

Legal & Safety: We may disclose data if required by law, to comply with legal processes, to protect our rights or the rights of others, or in urgent situations involving safety.

Business Transfers: Your data may be transferred if Sportwyse undergoes a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

Aggregated/Anonymized Data: We may share de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Third-Party Services: Our services may include integrations such as YouTube API Services. Use of these features is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. However, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and not reusing passwords from other sites.

Our services are not available to children under 13. Users between 13 and 17 must have parental or guardian consent. When our clients involve teams with minors, the parent or guardian is responsible for entering and managing the child's information.
